What a Fully Managed Golf Simulator Event Includes
Fringes & Fairways handles the simulator experience from arrival through breakdown, allowing the event host to focus on guests instead of operating equipment or managing gameplay.
Event Planning
We review the event type, schedule, expected attendance, venue, available space, power, preferred games, and participation format before the event.
Delivery and Setup
We transport the equipment to the venue, assemble the simulator, position the technology, calibrate the system, and test gameplay before participants begin.
Equipment
The setup includes the simulator equipment, impact screen, projection system, launch monitor, hitting area, golf balls, and available clubs.
On-Site Operation
An operator remains with the simulator to explain gameplay, assist participants, manage guest rotation, monitor equipment, and resolve operating issues.
Games and Competitions
Depending on the selected format, guests can participate in open play, multiplayer games, closest-to-the-pin, long drive, hole-in-one challenges, team competitions, scoring, and leaderboards.
Breakdown
After the scheduled rental period, we disassemble the simulator, organize the equipment, and remove the setup from the venue.
Items Confirmed Separately
Prizes, sponsored contest requirements, custom branding, generator service, unusual venue requirements, extended travel, and additional operating time are confirmed separately when applicable.
